I’ve been a holistic practitioner since 2007 and have run my own practice since 2011. Over the years, I’ve helped my clients achieve better health, radiant skin, and pain-free bodies.
In 2018, I began training other practitioners, and in 2019, I launched my own brand, CHIA Holistic Beauty & Massage, where I sell my own line of massage tools, used by both individuals and professionals. My products are available through retailers in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
I’ve also had the privilege of speaking at Sweden’s Holistic Skincare Week and have been featured in several magazines.
... But my journey to this point has been anything but easy. I’ve faced several major challenges in life, including burnout, depression, skin problems, trauma, health concerns and chronic pain. These personal experiences and challenges have driven me to seek a deeper understanding of health, the skin and body, as well as to develop sustainable solutions and tools—both for my own health and for my clients & students. This journey has taught me the importance of self-care and balance, something I always strive to teach and inspire to in my courses.
... I know first hand how easy it is to get caught up in the hamster wheel of constant performance without setting boundaries. Up until 2014, I was working non-stop, constantly in pain, and barely making any money. I realised I needed to raise my prices, and I was nervous... But I raised my prices with 25%, and my waiting list DOUBLED (from three to six months)! This was my first big aha-moment.
I began valuing myself and my work more, finally living as I preached, and creating a more sustainable business where I could work smarter, not harder. This allowed me to provide my clients with even better results and experiences, eventually raising my prices further, which allowed me to reinvest in and grow my business.
Today I charge three to four times more than most practitioners for single sessions, and have clients travelling from all over the country. I have also created premium packages starting at $10K for international clients and students.
My courses and programs are about more than just techniques and methods. If you increase your rates by $25/session halfway through the course and see 20 clients per week, you'll earn approximately $2,000 more per month — meaning you'll almost have made back your investment before even completing the course.
